CCDC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNA5SP516, and RNY1P7. Each is linked with CCDC17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC17-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by CCDC17-low versus CCDC17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
