Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC168 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,939 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC168-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, EEF1A1P40, and FADS2B. Each is linked with CCDC168 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC168-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC168 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by CCDC168-low versus CCDC168-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC168→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC168) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
