Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC163 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC163-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC16, and TTN. Each is linked with CCDC163 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC163-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC163 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CCDC163-low versus CCDC163-high in PRAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC163→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC163) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
