The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher CCDC158 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC158 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC and GBM are the cancer types where CCDC158 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
