Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC158 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC158-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, PTPN22, and CACNA2D4. Each is linked with CCDC158 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC158-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC158 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC158 versus PIK3CG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC158→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
