Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC158 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC158-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and ASNS. Each is linked with CCDC158 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC158-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC158 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CCDC158-low versus CCDC158-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC158→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
