The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CCDC153 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC153 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and COAD are the cancer types where CCDC153 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
