CCDC151

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC151 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,494 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC151-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS7, WDR19, and BBS2. Each is linked with CCDC151 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC151-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC151→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
