Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC150 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC150 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher CCDC150 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC150 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

LSCC and CCRCC are the cancer types where CCDC150 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
