Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC150 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 956 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC150-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF740, CHST15, and CYP21A1P. Each is linked with CCDC150 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC150-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC150 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC150 versus ZNF740 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC150→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC150) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
