CCDC150

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC150 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC150-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAP1, RRM2, and ENO1. Each is linked with CCDC150 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC150-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC150 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1 grouped by CCDC150-low versus CCDC150-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC150→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC150) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
