Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,192 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with CCDC15 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC15-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by CCDC15-low versus CCDC15-high in KIDNEY.
