The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CCDC149 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC149 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, HNSC, and LAML are the cancer types where CCDC149 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
