CCDC149

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC149 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC149-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Notch1, and Rad50. Each is linked with CCDC149 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC149-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC149 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by CCDC149-low versus CCDC149-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC149→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC149) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
