CCDC149

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC149 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,042 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC149-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAPT1, SMIM14, and ZNF862. Each is linked with CCDC149 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC149-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC149 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC149 versus TAPT1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC149→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC149) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
