Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC148 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 548 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC148-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB2, SIRPB1, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with CCDC148 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC148-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC148 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC148 versus ASB2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
