Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC148 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC148-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM118A, PHF5A, and CDKN3. Each is linked with CCDC148 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC148-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC148 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM118A grouped by CCDC148-low versus CCDC148-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC148→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
