Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC148-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC148-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CCDC148-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC148-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and SKCM show a favorable association.

READ, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC148-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
