Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC144A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,035 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC144A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDF1, NDUFB3, and MRPS2. Each is linked with CCDC144A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC144A-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC144A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDF1 grouped by CCDC144A-low versus CCDC144A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC144A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC144A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
