CCDC142

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC142 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC142-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CCDC142 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC142-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC142 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CCDC142-low versus CCDC142-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC142→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC142) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
