CCDC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGC, TSPY2, and UGT2A1. Each is linked with CCDC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC14-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGC grouped by CCDC14-low versus CCDC14-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
