CCDC138

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC138 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC138-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD62A, MYB-AS1, and MTA2. Each is linked with CCDC138 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC138-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD62A grouped by CCDC138-low versus CCDC138-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC138→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
