Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC137P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC137P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CCDC137P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC137P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC137P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
