CCDC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with CCDC13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC13-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport grouped by CCDC13-low versus CCDC13-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
