CCDC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC13 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Sabutoclax, KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12, and Temsirolimus. Each is linked with CCDC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC13-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sabutoclax grouped by CCDC13-low versus CCDC13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
