Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC125 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC125 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CCDC125 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC125 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where CCDC125 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
