Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC122 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC122 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CCDC122 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC122 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and COAD show a favorable association.
LGG, KIRP, and COAD are the cancer types where CCDC122 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
