CCDC117

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC117 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC117-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, TUBB8P5, and RN7SKP295. Each is linked with CCDC117 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC117-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC117 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by CCDC117-low versus CCDC117-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC117→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC117) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
