The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCDC116 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC116 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC116 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
