CCDC112

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC112-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NLN, PHAX, and DHX9. Each is linked with CCDC112 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC112-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC112 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC112 versus NLN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC112→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
