Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC112 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC112-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD4, GMPR2, and SALL4. Each is linked with CCDC112 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC112-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC112 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC112 versus ABHD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC112→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
