The most reproducible CCDC112-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to non-motile cilium, Centrosome cycle, and Establishment of mitochondrion localization. Each is linked with CCDC112 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC112-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC112 results are reported.
