Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC103 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC103 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CCDC103 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC103 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LIHC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where CCDC103 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
