CCAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,763 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CERT1, THEMIS2, and TMF1. Each is linked with CCAT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCAT2 versus CERT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
