CCAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,880 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, CCL5, and GAPLINC. Each is linked with CCAR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAR2-to-partner and partner-to-CCAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by CCAR2-low versus CCAR2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
