CCAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,084 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, H1-8, and CYP2A13. Each is linked with CCAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAR2-to-partner and partner-to-CCAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by CCAR2-low versus CCAR2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
