CBY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST13, TRIM2, and BMP2K_S728. Each is linked with CBY1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY1-to-partner and partner-to-CBY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 versus ST13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
