Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARPBP, MYBL2, and E2F1. Each is linked with CBY1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY1-to-partner and partner-to-CBY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 versus PARPBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
