Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY7B, MIR4764, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with CBY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY1-to-partner and partner-to-CBY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY7B grouped by CBY1-low versus CBY1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
