CBY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,639 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAL4, TTLL1, and JOSD1. Each is linked with CBY1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY1-to-partner and partner-to-CBY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 versus DNAL4 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
