CBX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBX8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACR3, PRND, and TEX43. Each is linked with CBX8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX8-to-partner and partner-to-CBX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACR3 grouped by CBX8-low versus CBX8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
