Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX3P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, GPATCH8, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with CBX3P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3P5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBX3P5 versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX3P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX3P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
