Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,736 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX3P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination, Golgi organization, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with CBX3P5 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3P5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3P5 results are reported.
