Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP410, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with CBX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CBX3-low versus CBX3-high in UCEC.
