Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,214 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with CBX3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX3-to-partner and partner-to-CBX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by CBX3-low versus CBX3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
