Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,195 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with CBX1P5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX1P5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX1P5 results are reported.
