Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CBWD6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CBWD6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CBWD6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CBWD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CHOL show a favorable association.
ACC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where CBWD6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
