CBWD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PKC-delta_pS664, and ATM. Each is linked with CBWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBWD1-to-partner and partner-to-CBWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by CBWD1-low versus CBWD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
