CBWD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A4, ARSH, and SF3A1. Each is linked with CBWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBWD1-to-partner and partner-to-CBWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A4 grouped by CBWD1-low versus CBWD1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
