Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,616 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBSL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GMP biosynthetic process, Mitotic recombination, and Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with CBSL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBSL-to-partner and partner-to-CBSL results are reported.
